December 2023:

Happy Holidays! We have lots of big announcements coming up...including information on "They Turned Us Into Killers" - starring Taryn Manning & Scout Taylor-Compton - which comes out on VOD on January 9, 2024 and "Camp Pleasant Lake," which is scheduled to be released on February 27, 2024!

We are proud to announce that we have partnered again with award winning writer and director Laszlo Illes to produce the upcoming horror fantasy, "Ever After." This film - about urban zoomers facing off against classic fairy tale characters - will be a nightmarish and blood-curdling saga, and will feature well-known actors. November 2023:

Stag Mountain Films is happy to announce that we are partnering with Acrostar Films to produce "Sorority Babes," a short, proof-of-concept film for the feature "Night of the Dead Sorority Babes." This short will be shot in January 2024 and released on YouTube by March 1. The feature will then be shot in April 2024. BIG NEWS! Congratulations to Director/Writer Laszlo Illes and the entire cast and crew of "Haunting Trophies," which just won Best Feature Film at the Thriller/Suspense Festival! We are honored and proud to have helped produce this fantastic film.

We are happy to announce that we are once again teaming up with Mahal Empire to help produce their latest venture, "Bikers vs. Werewolves." Be sure to check out the Indiegogo campaign for more information and lots of great perks! Which side will win the battle?!

We had another very successful screening of "Macabre Mountain" on November 4 at the Main Street 5 cinema in Newark, Delaware. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the film! There will be another screening on Saturday, November 18 at the Pixy Theater in Edinburgh, Indiana. Showtimes are 2pm and 7:30pm and all tickets are FREE!

October 2023:

August 2023:

We had a great weekend at the NJ Horror Convention! Thank you to everyone who came out. We met up with several industry people, quite a few vendors, and lots of fans. A few pictures are posted on the "Gallery" page.

July 2023:

Another Stag Mountain Films-produced film finished principal photography this month. "Cursed Waters" - written by BJ Mezek and Adam Werth, and directed by Adam Werth - is a rousing pirate/horror film that is sure to be a genre classic! Look for it to be released in late-2024.

Stag Mountain Films is proud to announce that we will be sponsoring the NJ Premiere of "Macabre Mountain" on Friday, October 13, 2023 at the Cranford Theater in Cranford, NJ. This film was shot in West Virginia in September 2022 and stars Felissa Rose, Dave Sheridan, Xander Goldman, Robert Allen Mukes, Hannah Fierman, L.C. Holt, and many more. June 2023:

We have a lot of big news to announce this summer! First up: We are excited to be partnering with Lux Angeles Studios to produce "Beneath the Shadows," a thriller that will be directed by Justin Kuhn. Producers include: Thomas Walton, Jared Safier, Matt Macur, and Damien Douglas.

March 2023:

Exciting news about "Marbles," the short film we helped produce: It is officially complete! Since the film is being submitted to film festivals, there won't be a public release at this time. We will let you know when it's available for viewing. In the meantime, you can check out the poster in our Photo Gallery!

We are thrilled to announce that we have joined "Placid Park" as a production company! Roman Jossart, who we had the pleasure of working with on the set of "Macabre Mountain" in 2022, co-wrote and will be directing. This horror film has a great cast and crew already in place - all it needs is funding! "Placid Park" is raising funds on Indiegogo, so head over there now, pick up a perk, and be part of the trip!

February 2023:

Two movies that Stag Mountain Films is producing are raising finishing funds on Indiegogo. Please consider contributing and supporting independent film! "Marbles" and "Haunting Trophies" have both finished principal photography and just need a little push to get to the finish line and complete post production.

Stag Mountain Films is thrilled to announce that we have signed on to "Crust" as a production company! This film will be the directorial debut of Sean Whalen, who is also starring alongside Daniel John Kearney, Felissa Rose, Daniel Roebuck, and others. "Crust" is running an Indiegogo campaign - plenty of great perks are available!

We were in Las Vegas for a few days at the beginning of the month to participate in the filming of "Alien Storm," starring Kevin Sorbo, Tom Arnold, Robert Standley, and more, and directed by Adam Werth. This is going to be a great movie and we can't wait for you to see it!

Stag Mountain Films is excited to announce we are producing a music video! "Masked Killa" will feature rappers Fre$h and Mike Zombie, along with actors from "Camp Pleasant Lake," and will be directed by feature film director Tom Walton. The song and video will tie in to "Camp Pleasant Lake," and we can't wait for you to hear and see it!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! We have a LOT going on - and coming up - in 2023. First up: the premiere of "Bermuda Island" on January 20, 2023. This is the FIRST film to be released that Stag Mountain Films is officially involved with, so we are very excited!
